This aircraft corporation supplies aviation fuel to both commercial and general aviation in the United States and across the globe. They also provide cargo handling facilities off of the west coast. Like all airlines, including freight carriers, the significant reduction in both passenger and cargo flights and the shutdown has created a major slowdown in all operations. With significant fixed-costs at their largest site, which includes five warehouse facilities, the company knew they were going to need to pivot to keep operations going forward and that’s when they contacted us. They were very appreciative that we had the CRP program already in place. They had already terminated 150-employees (15% of their workforce) had implemented 20-25% pay reductions to those remaining.
