Nancy Eggan brings over 40-years of experience of lease documentation and administration to Onset Financial (Mazuma Capital’s parent company). She helped found Mazuma Capital Corp in September 2005 and became Executive Vice President of Internal Operations at Onset Financial when Onset acquired Mauzma in 2014.

Eggan brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of the industry’s daily operations, including accounting, asset valuation, credit analysis, lease documentation, underwriting, remarketing, reporting and data visualization. She has worked with hundreds of lessees, banks, non-institutional underwriting sources and their legal teams to document very simple to very complex transactions. One of the challenges, which is also one of the things she enjoys most about the industry, is that no two transactions are alike. She loves that Onset embraces this and works hard to find flexible ways to provide for its customers.

In addition to her time in finance, for the last 17-year, Eggan and her husband owned and operated a popular restaurant that catered to locals and skiers as they made their way up the canyon to Park City, Utah.
