As President of Onset Financial, Haynes has led a company-wide transformation by focusing on efficiencies, process improvement, data analytics, and improved collaboration, all aimed to increase production. These efforts proved to be successful, resulting in record-breaking results for Onset in 2019 and Q1 2020; highest funding month, highest funding Q1, Q3 and Q4 and highest funding year! Onset finished 2019 with amazing results; 25% above goal and 77% increase over the prior year! This is just the start, there will be more record-breaking years to come! She feels blessed to work with such a dedicated and hard-working leadership team within an industry that has proven to make a positive impact on our economy.
