Kristina Allen
EVP, Documentation
Kristina Allen has documented and overseen more than $1.5 billion in equipment finance transactions. With that experience comes expertise only found in documentation veterans. She has the unique strength of balancing excellent customer service while still protecting Onset (Mazuma Capital’s parent company), investors, and underwriters.
Documentation is full of challenges and Allen has tackled all of them, many times! These include contract negotiations, bank and audit compliance, legal research as well as underwriting, remarketing, asset procurement and developing and streamlining policies and procedures.
There is not a problem Allen cannot solve. And, generally, she’s anticipated it before it even hits the table. She has that rare gift of “transaction anticipation” which allows her to overcome obstacles ahead of time.
Customers love Allen and her team is as loyal as they come.
Prior to joining Onset, Allen served as Senior Vice President of the Equipment Finance division of a publicly traded bank. She was the recipient of a scholarship through Salt Lake Rotary Club and Project Working Mom and attended American InterContinental University where she obtained a degree in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude.
She is an active volunteer in her community, a member of Mensa International, and is on the parent board with the role of statistician for her local high school women’s lacrosse team. She has a passion for reading and puzzles of any kind and loves spending time with her husband and their children watching lacrosse, camping, fishing, hunting, boating, traveling and playing sports.
