This non-profit organization has helped those in need for nearly 100-years. Through their outreach programs, they have been able to influence communities across the country. They are single-handedly responsible for providing successful advocacy programs for Americans with Disabilities.

This transaction presented a few challenges in that the credit profile is rather small, and they needed as long of a term as possible in order to manage their cash flow. In addition, they needed capital lease treatment in order to keep their EBITDA in good condition. Despite the extreme tightness in the traditional credit markets, we were able to provide a 60-month capital lease and build a solid relationship with the client.
