Winning a back-to-back title is an anomaly for most but not for our very own Dustin Bond who took home Sales Manager of the Year two years running!

Dustin jumped into his career in equipment leasing and finance in 2004 where he has made high achievement and dedication a daily practice. Few professionals in the equipment finance industry have the knowledge, motivation and drive that Dustin has.

Part of that drive is his determination to be the best at what he does. Dustin has been a top performer in each sales position he’s served in, eventually leading him into his current role as SVP of Sales. Over the last decade, Dustin has been instrumental with the equipment leasing sales teams he leads. With his grit, determination and experience, he has mastered the ability to align the strengths of Mazuma Capital with the needs of its clients, delivering hundreds-of-millions in fundings in nearly every industry.

When not busy fighting to get his clients the best solutions, you will find Dustin running mountain trails preparing for the next ultramarathon. Dustin says he attributes his success in ultrarunning to his earlier years of practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and also training to eventually become an amateur Muay Thai champion. But above all that, his greatest joy is being alongside his wife and raising their four young children.
